At Oraxxi, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide quality electronic devices. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to user negligence
- Products not purchased directly from Oraxxi
Return Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in original condition.
- Items that show signs of use, are damaged due to user negligence, or are missing components will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days via your original payment method.

- Contact your credit card company (some banks take time to post refunds).

Refunds may take longer during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances with payment processors. Please be patient, and feel free to contact us for updates.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace electronic devices if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, contact us at support@oraxxi.com and send the item to:

Warranty
- Pre-owned phones come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Brand-new phones come with a 12-month warranty.
If your device encounters a defect within the warranty period, please contact us for a replacement or repair, subject to the warranty terms.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If approved for a refund, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Oraxxi is not responsible for lost returns.
